Rf needs to be notified of any carpentry being performed that may affect the RF scope of work. We recommend discussing any and all projects/changes with RF to prevent change fees. While some modifications have no impact to the work RF is performing, others can impact material, labor and scheduling. If you or another contractor makes cabinet modifications or adds trim work to cabinetry all work needs to be "paint-ready". This means all holes are filled and all wood is sanded smooth. RF needs to be provided photos of the work 14 days in advance. if the project is not paint ready when we arrive, if the job site/scope has been altered with prior notification, or materals were used that may cause additional painting time, a $500 change fee will be assessed in addition to any labor/material assessments. This could also cause project delays.

All contracts are bid and scheduled based on the initial consultation. Even the smallest changes could potentially impact the schedule, and therefore, changes need to be discussed and documented in the contract. Once work begins, we will do our best to accommodate requests. However, even minor changes can result in additional supply trips, delivery fees, and/or overtime for our staff. For these reasons, small changes may be more expensive than expected. In additon, a change fee may apply.

Please not, RF staff working in your home must contact RF management prior to executing ANY change or add-on to a project, no matter how small. our staff does not have the authority to make changes without approval.

1. $250 change fees-

• Trim work and hardware that are added or modified within 30 days of the project start date. Changes, additions, and removal of these items may also result in charges to the client for materials and labor that have already been utilized.
• Jobsite requirement issues. If RF encounters issues with the jobsite, the project start date will be delayed and the change free with be added.

2. $500 change fee -

• If paint color or glaze color/style are changed within 30 days of the project start date, the change fee will be applied, in addition to the cost of any labor/materials already performed on doors in the workshop.
• In-home measurements are scheduled approximately 60 days before your construction. Any changes initiated by the client to any woodwork (doors, drawers, cabinets, furniture, etc) or pullouts will have a change fee added. Additionally, it may require an additional in-home appointment and/or a change in start date. Changes, additions, and removal of these items after this appointment may also result in charges to the client for materials and labor that have already been utilized.
