Hand wiping: The more wet your cheesecloth is, the more glaze that will come off. Based on what you are trying to acheive you will need to adjust this. Also, how you hold your finger and at what angle will need to change based on what you are doing. This just takes practice!

Inking Gun: Round one corner on the door and let up on the trigger slowly as you approach the second corner.

Video Takeaway

Practice makes perfect with glaze. Use the edge of your hand as a guide!

All over glaze: Keep your whole surface wet the whole time. Don't focus on just one spot. Quickly go over the full surface with each pass. This is the hardest part for people to remember. As soon as you get glaze on the section, immediately go over it with a damp cloth. Then go over it again with a less damp cloth, and repeat until you have it the way you want. If you take too much off, you can use the left over glaze from one of the cloths you have wiped with to gently add more.

Work in small sections! 1 drawer front at a time, one side at a time, etc.
