Pay: $20-$25/hr depending on experience

Description: This position is primarily based in our shop. You will assist with checking in doors, handle hole drilling, prep work, sanding, and spraying. On-site prep assistance may be requested from time to time.

Responsibilities:
- Be versed in cabinet frame painting by hand (to look sprayed) and spraying frames in home
- Process, prep, and paint cabinet doors and cabinet frames using our processes and standards with spray equipment
- Keep workshop and clients homes clean and maintained
- Ensure all supplies are ordered and stocked

Skills/Experience Required:
- Extensive cabinet painting knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership
- Extensive experience with spray guns

Full Time Employees (30 hours or more):

• 12 days Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve thru New Year’s Day

• Vacation: up to 2 wks of paid vacation based on hours worked, and 3 wks after 5 years

• Medical: 100% employee’s premium paid by RF. Employee is responsible for spouse/children

• Dental/Vision: Employee Responsibility

• Clothing Stipend: $300/year (RF shirts/hats also provided)

• Vehicle Stipend: Cars $100/month, SUV $175/month, Truck $275/month

• Life Insurance: $25,000 paid for by RF

Part Time Employees (less than 30 hours):

• Medical: 50% employee’s premium paid by RF. Employee is responsible for spouse/children

• Dental/Vision: Employee Responsibility

• Clothing Stipend: $300/year (RF shirts/hats also provided)

• Vehicle Stipend: Cars $60/month, SUV $105/month, Truck $165/month
