Part Time Inventory Assitant
The Staff Member is responsible for unboxing, tagging/pricing, and organizing/restocking inventory.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Store Manager and executive management, sets and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers
- Aids in the receipt of inventory, including moving and opening boxes, tagging items and placing the items in storage or on retail floor, as directed
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to quickly learn equipment, systems and protocols used in the organization
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening skills
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Education/Experience
- Experience working in a similar retail setting is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Prolonged periods of standing on a concrete surface
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, stretch and move on a regular basis
- Ability to safely work while on a ladder or other elevated surface

Job Summary
The Retail Staff Member is responsible for providing excellent service and assistance to all customers of RF Home Co.
Responsibilities
- Greets all customers and answers questions on the store, brands and products
- Addresses customer needs and resolves issues in a professional manner
- Processes customer purchases utilizing the point of sale system
- Packages purchases appropriately
- Processes customer refunds/returns courteously and professionally, in accordance with store policies
- Ensures the store and all public areas are kept clean and inviting

Job Summary
The Retail Staff Member is responsible for providing excellent service and assistance to all customers of RF Home Co as well as assisting the store manager in overseeing staff and activities to achieve a profitable retail store. Additionally, this Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory unboxing, tagging/barcoding, merchandising and shipping product.

- Unboxes inventory, identifies damages, and ensures items are priced correctly
- Assigns duties to retail staff
- Ensures proper processes and procedures are in place and are followed by retail staff regarding register (opening, closing)
- Ensures customer service and all store policies are understood and followed by all team members
