Offering 1 hour appointments, available typically within a day or two, and direct access to Dr. Moore from 8 am - 8 pm. Office is centrally located in Brentwood.
If you would like to continue care with Nexus beyond the first year, the cost is $150/mo.
All proceeds go to support rebuilding efforts in North St. Louis. Each $10 ticket counts as one entry into this raffle. No physical ticket will be issued.
The winner will be drawn at Trivia Night on 10/17. You do not need to be present to win.
