Shipping, Delivery, Returns/Damages
SHIPPING:
All items are available for free local in-store pick up during regular business hours.
For shipping, please allow 3 business days for processing. Items ship USPS or UPS depending on item.
DELIVERY:
We recommend Load Runners or Across Town Moving.
DAMAGES:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please email info@rfhomeco.com with in 3 business days of receipt of item. Please include description and pictures of damages. We will process a claim with the carrier and notify you if the carrier would like the item back or not. In the mean time we will get a replacement or refund to you.
RETURNS:
Items are eligible for a return within 30 days from date of purchase unless otherwise noted on product listing. You may return in store, or we can provide a shipping label to you and will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund upon receipt of item.
Exceptions: No returns on plants, paints, grab bags, custom items, or home renovations.
*DIY classes are eligible for a refund up to 14 days prior to class start date.
ONLINE PURCHASES: We ask that online purchases are picked up with in 7 days. You will receive a reminder phone call on Day 7 and Day 14. After 30 days from date of purchase, the return window has been closed and the items will be donated due to limited storage space. Please let us know in advance if we need to make an exception.
